The countdown continues unabated - Lacie and I will be on a plane for San Diego in a little over three hours and will be landing in under nine. Woohoo, vacation here we come! I’ll post as I can, but don’t be surprised if a day or two passes unacknowledged.
And in other news, I had my first six-miler in a long time today (completing my first twenty mile week in a very, very long time). I ran just under 10 minutes/mile and felt great - the weather was perfect (mid 70s, 65% humidity, partly cloudy) and I’m sure I could’ve run for another couple of miles. I’m hoping this bodes well for my upcoming CA runs.
