Whoops!

Belated wrap-up for last week: 15 (and a bit) miles run, right on schedule. This is the best I’ve felt yet, so I’m really looking forward to this week - both because I’m increasing my mileage to 17, and because I’ll be back to morning runs again (now that training’s over). Hurray!
