Tomorrow’s the big day for oral arguments in the Pledge of Allegiance case before the Supreme Court. Should be interesting….

UPDATE: More from the Washington Post on the case. Here’s hoping the Court doesn’t throw the case out on the parental rights issue; I’ve known this was a possibility, but I’d rather just get the more interesting argument decided here and now rather than having it drawn out for several more years, thanks all the same.
