I had broadband access to VPN approved on June 6th. Today, since I’ve been a bit under the weather, I decided to work from home. Lo and behold, when I tried to log in via the new VPN system I was blocked. I tried a few different things, but to no avail. After a little while, I gave up and drove into the office.
Fast forward to the end of the workday - turns out that on the 13th (one week after my access was granted!) IT *killed* my VPN account! They said I hadn’t been using it - which was true until the 6th. Sigh.
