Four men have been arrested in Britain on charges, basically, of swiping a couple of copies of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix from the printing plant where it is being produced. The publisher (Bloomsbury - not Scholastic) has stated that releasing any of the content would cause “disappointment to readers.”
Now, I understand the rationale behind keeping such a book under lock and key until its official release date, but c’mon! Potter fans have been waiting for TWO YEARS for this book. Do Bloomsbury really think they’d be disappointed to finally find out what happens next?!?
