May 12, 2003 – 9:02 am“Maintenance” from Mark Pilgrim is an example of best practices in to-do lists - periodically, everyone needs to re-evaluate their lists (written, digitial, or merely remembered) and clean them up.
Looking at the one I wrote this morning, it might just be that time for me.
(granted, my daily lists are little finer-grained than the project-level list Mark refers to - nevertheless, I think anything with more than 20 or 30 entries is doomed from the start)
