So I did it - yesterday, I took the plunge and removed Dave Winer’s Scripting News (no link for reasons that will become obvious) from my favorites list. As soon as I post this, I’ll be dropping him from my blogroll, too. Attacks like the ones he’s dropped on Mark Pilgrim and Bryan Bell (see the comments) are just Too Much. He might be bright, but he’s a troll - and with all the smart AND good-natured people on the web, I figure there are a plethora of better ways to spend my time.
